What information do we collect?
We ask for your name, telephone number, home address, email address. When a purchase is made on our site, in addition to the above, we also ask for delivery address and payment method details. We do not store payment details and use secure payment platforms Stripe. We will retain your address for delivery purposes only.
We will use your phone number or email address to contact you if we have questions about your order.
Return
We do not offer returns on personalised items & if the information you have given us is incorrect we can not be held responsible for this. If you receive an item that has been damaged in transit, we will be happy to replace it for you but you must notify us of the damage within 7 days.
We can not be held responsible if a name is spelled wrong, so please double check all orders before placing. Orders can not be changed once they are processed.
The color shown should be considered a close rendition to the actual colour available and cannot be 100% accurate as each computer or device’s monitor settings may vary.

We use Cookies to keep track of your current shopping session, to enable you to proceed to checkout at any time and to personalise your online experience. Delivery
All orders placed are delivered by post. Delivery times can take up to 5 working days. Once the item has left our shop we are no longer aware of its location. If you do not receive your order you must inform us and so we can sort out any issues. Deliveries are only made on working days and no deliveries are made on weekends or on public holidays.
